If they haven't already been on vacation since mid-June, it won't be long before teenagers have all their free time for the best time of the year: the summer vacations. In Paris, there's no shortage of good deals, free outings for the under-25s, exhibitions, unusual or fun activities: there's plenty to do with the family, and plenty to do with friends and, above all, without adults.
What to do with teenagers in Paris? Our must-see outings in the capital with grown-ups
If the capital is becoming more and more kid friendly with activities for children and family places that are multiplying, it still remains to be proven that teenagers also have the right to activities designed for their age group: here is our selection of outings to do with big kids! [Read more]
With summer just around the corner, it's safe to say that our Parisian summer will be hot, very hot. So what better way to cool off than with a trip to one of the region's leisure centres , or a dip in the nearest indoor or outdoor swimming pool? With the days getting longer, it's also a good time to go for a stroll around the region, get up at the crack of dawn (good luck) to go hiking in the area, or simply have a picnic in one of the most beautiful parks in the Paris region.
For the months of July and August, there are plenty of events not to be missed, for your teenagers and their friends or for a family day out: Paris Plages is back for a 2025 season with its free activities, concerts and sports classes, the Eté du Canal takes you along the canals of Paris, the open-air cinema at La Villette offers a great program.... Not to mention all the sports outings, tree-climbing, climbing, escape games and laser games to try out (in the forest or under the air-conditioning) and the funfairs of the moment to experience some great thrills.
In short, we don't yet know what your teenagers will be up to, but one thing's for sure: Paris promises us a great summer in 2025.
