The Branche et Ciné festival is back this summer, from June 26 to July 12, 2025. Enjoy a free open-air cinema in one of the forests of the Île-de-France region.
Are you a fan of the cinema, but don't feel like shutting yourself away in a dark theatre on a sunny day? Here's the solution: the Branche et Ciné festival offers outdoor cinema, in the heart of nature! Head for the forests of the Hauts-de-France and Île-de-France regions to enjoy free film screenings between the trees.
Branche et Ciné celebrates its 7th edition from June 26 to July 12, 2025. Organized by theOffice National des Forêts, the festival features over a dozen outdoor screenings in some of the region's most beautiful forests. With this annual festival, sponsored by actress Juliette Binoche, the institution offers spectators an unusual experience. It's also an opportunity to showcase nature and forests in a new light.
Through cinema and art, forests reinvent themselves and become new playgrounds and dreamlands for walkers and film buffs. Each year, a thematic program highlights a new aspect of this natural world. Here are the films to see outdoors this summer 2025.
