After the long domination of Orson Welles' Citizen Kane, the latest ranking, published in 2022, surprised the world by placing a Belgian film from 1975, directed by Chantal Akerman, in first place: Jeanne Dielman, 23, Quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles.
