Marsupilami, the adventure-comedy directed by Philippe Lacheau, is available on CANAL+ on demand since October 9, 2026, with a subscription that includes the film. The character created by André Franquin now heads out on a cruise with a family and a bulky package.
In theaters on February 4, 2026, before heading to VOD, the film inspired by the character created by André Franquin brings together Philippe Lacheau, Jamel Debbouze, Tarek Boudali, Élodie Fontan, Julien Arruti, Alban Ivanov, Reem Kherici, Corentin Guillot and Jean Reno.
David agrees to deliver a mysterious package from South America in order to keep his job. He boards a cruise liner with his ex-partner Tess, their son Leo, and his colleague Stéphane. When Stéphane accidentally opens the package, the group discovers a Marsupilami baby—every bit as endearing as it is unpredictable.
Born in 1952 in the pages of the magazine Spirou, Marsupilami returns here in a family-friendly adventure driven by visual gags, high-speed chases, and comic misunderstandings. Philippe Lacheau teams up again with several partners from Babysitting, Alibi.com and Nicky Larson et le Parfum de Cupidon.
This lineup offers a fresh opportunity to discover this adaptation of Franquin's universe, blending a group comedy, an eventful journey and a family-friendly adventure.
