Le Canyon is the wellness center that opened last year nearÉpinay-sur-Seine, and the least we can say is that the concept is truly comprehensive, with an open and accessible offer for all ages, based around a variety of leisure activities and sports.
Within this immense complex, there's as much for the seasoned sportsman (or sportswoman, for that matter) as for those who come for leisure, with four different zones. The heart of the Canyon is thepool area, with a free-swimming pool and a balneo-ludic pool with massaging jets and water games, as well as a solarium on sunny days. Numerous swimming, aquagym and other aquatic disciplines are also on offer.
Then it's on to thefitness area, with a gym where you can do weight training, cardio-training (indoor bike and cardio machines), work out in group classes or enjoy the hammam and jacuzzi afterwards.
Climbers will love theclimbing area, with a climbing gym, monkey bridges, a zip line and a small indoor via ferrata... And for the rest of us, there's a bowling alley! Finally, after a good sweat, a good swim or any other physical activity, it's time to relax, and just as well, because Canyon also includes a restaurant.
To treat yourself to a sports and relaxation break in this large complex dedicated to well-being, count from €5.65 for entry to the swimming pool, from €16.20 for entry to the gym (including the well-being area in the package), from €10 for entry to the climbing gym, and the same for a game of bowling (per person).
