Would you like to try your hand at scuba diving in the Paris region? Then head for Villeneuve-la-Garenne, in the Hauts-de-Seine department, for an introduction to scuba diving and, above all, a baptism in the diving center's very deep basins.
The Villeneuve-la-Garenne diving center, the only one of its kind in France, is located right next to the Parc des Chanteraines. On site, you'll find a 1,600 m3 pool divided into four zones (2.30 m, 5 m, 10 m...) for diving to depths of up to 20 metres.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced diver, the center offers introductory diving courses (from age 8), apnea discovery courses (from age 12 or 16) and also the possibility of passing your level 1 in diving and up to level 2 in apnea. It's also possible to take your apnea first-aid diploma.
To discover scuba diving or apnea during a baptism or training sessions, count €29 for a diving baptism, €278 for Level 1 diving training and €23 if you come and dive on your own. A great idea for an unusual activity in the Paris region!
