The sports events have their big show, but they’re moving from the Parc Floral in Paris to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles! Instead of taking place in the fall, the event now kicks off before summer, from June 26 to 28, 2026. Fitness enthusiasts can explore every aspect of the discipline at FITEX, offering everything from group classes, live demonstrations, conferences, and the latest trends.
Enthusiasts will have the chance to connect with industry professionals—brands, coaches, and federations—to learn about the future of the sport. Who knows, they might even discover new disciplines to explore and enjoy!
For three days, enjoyimmersive, sporty experiences such as Les Mills Expérience, the XXL version of fitness training with over 1,000 people moving together at the same time, or Jumpman, a dynamic workout that combines cardio, dance and strengthening to burn up to 800 calories per session, with the presence of guests from all over the world who are well known in the industry.
Several areas await you: the Outdoor Stage, where you can try out all the new products with demonstrations every 20 minutes; the Fight Zone, dedicated to combat sports , with demonstrations, initiations and meetings with champions, including MMA, judo and boxing classes, plus a spectacular gala between clubs; the Concept Village, where you can preview innovations in physical activity; and the Masterclass Pavilion, where you can try out group classes every 45 minutes.
