Where to watch and play American football in Paris and the Île-de-France region?

Looking to try American football? Across Paris and the Île-de-France region, several clubs and venues offer introductory sessions—or sign-ups—and a chance to discover all the nuances of this sport that evokes rugby. But where exactly can you play American football in Paris?

In the capital, only one club (four originally, some disappeared and others merged) offers you the chance to practice this sport: the Association sportive Paris Team 75 (ASPT 75). A club whose training sessions are held at the Stade Suzanne Langlen, in Paris’s 15th arrondissement. As for matches, those of the senior Dragons team (that's their nickname...) take place, for example, on Saturday evenings, starting at 7 p.m.

In the Île-de-France region, by contrast, there are far more clubs—some affiliated with the league, others not. Here’s the full list for you!
