This summer, like the many that have come before, the National Rambouillet Sheep Farm is gearing up for a wonderful summer season built around a program that is family-friendly, welcoming, and festive. Expect pre-dinner aperitifs, concerts, a guinguette vibe that’s laid-back and unpretentious: could this be the recipe for happiness?

The Festival of the Bergerie Nationale of Rambouillet is back this year for its 2026 edition, offering a program of festive, down-to-earth events to bring together friends, family, or couples in a genuinely warm, convivial atmosphere.

Every Thursday in June and the first Thursday in July, from 7 to 10 pm, there’s no deviation: it’s apéro-concert at the Bergerie on the occasion of the festival’s Thursdays. All of it in a guinguette spirit, right at the Théâtre de verdure, located in the Montorgueil garden, inside the parc du château de Rambouillet (where the Bergerie sits). On-site you can grab a bite on the go, and the good news is that the event is entirely free: if you live not far from Rambouillet (or you don’t mind a bit of driving or public transport), head there and feel like you’re in the countryside for one evening!
