The NRJ Music Awards are set to return to Cannes on Friday, October 31, 2025. But who will be crowned French male artist of the year? Who will walk away with the trophy for international revelation? Who will be awarded the prize for collab or duo of the year? For the moment, it's still too early to say, but predictions are well underway. In the meantime, the NRJ Music Awards are gradually unveiling the names of the artists who will be performing at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.
Drum roll... Ed Sheeran is the first artist to be confirmed! The legendary British artist will be performing live on October 31, 2025. We still don't know what Ed Sheeran has in store for us. But the singer and musician released"Play" on September 12. The artist will be at the Zénith de Paris - La Villette on December 1, 2025, to defend his new opus.
But first, Ed Sheeran will be taking part in the 27th NRJ Music Awards ceremony on October 31, an event to be followed live in prime time on TF1.
Ed Sheeran, the most awarded international artist at the NRJ Music Awards, is nominated in two categories this year, namely"International Male Artist" and"International Hit" with"Azizam".
Last year, Damiano David, Kendji Girac, Santa, Vitaa, Indochine and Pierre Garnier set the stage alight at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. Rendezvous on October 31 to discover the performances of 2025, including that ofEd Sheeran!
