After lighting up the Zénith de Paris alongside Apocalyptica in 2023 and then with Amaranthe in 2025, Epica returns to this same La Villette venue in 2027. This time, the renowned Dutch symphonic metal band has something special in store, as they will perform with a full orchestra and a choir! So mark your calendars for Friday, October 8, 2027 at the Zénith de Paris - La Villette to experience the live result!
Paris isn't the only stop for Epica on this new tour, dubbed “The Symphonic Synergy.” The Dutch group is also slated to swing by Prague, Berlin, Milan, Zurich, Madrid, and Lisbon. Epica had already announced a date in London at the stunning Royal Albert Hall. Unsurprisingly, tickets flew off the shelves.
So, to make sure you don't miss Epica's symphonic concert in Paris, don’t miss the pre-sale starting Wednesday, September 16 at 10:00 AM. If you miss that, come back for the general onsale on Friday, September 18 at 10:00 AM.
Originally conceived in 2024, this orchestral show returns in 2027. While the concept remains the same, the production has been redesigned and tailored to celebrate Epica's 25th anniversary.
We note that the Dutch band was formed in 2002 on the initiative of Mark Jansen, a former member of After Forever. The current lead vocalist, Simone Simons, joined the group in 2003. Since then, the outfit has released nine studio albums, including "Aspiral," issued in 2025.
The band, which has been touring non-stop since its inception, is betting on originality in 2027 with a tour billed as « The Symphonic Synergy ». A rare opportunity for fans to experience Epica's music in a new light.
