After the triumphant success of the first two seasons, the show paying tribute toNotre-Dame de Paris cathedral, La Dame de Pierre, returns on September 27, 2025 for a one-off date, just after the reopening of Notre-Dame de Paris. The show, once again staged at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, features some one hundred artists in a staging combining music and lighting effects.
La Dame de Pierre is an ambitious historical show, performed in part by volunteers, in the same spirit as the Cinéscénie at Puy du Fou or La Belle et la Bête at Maison-Lafitte. The show retraces the fascinating history of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, an adventure that began in 1163 and was marked by several centuries of significant events.
Designed by Corentin Stemler, who has himself volunteered on Puy du Fou shows, La Dame de Pierre features an original soundtrack by Richard Liégeois, who has also composed for Puy du Fou productions.
The show La Dame de Pierre takes place on a 10-meter-high set, with a hundred or so people on stage: enough to impress young and old alike! In this historical fresco, Corentin Stemler tells the story of the cathedral from its creation to the present day.
Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture, is one of France's most emblematic monuments. Built between 1163 and 1345 on the Île de la Cité, it has stood the test of time and played a central role in the history of Paris. Notre-Dame, renowned for its architectural beauty and technical innovations, was unfortunately damaged by a major fire on April 15, 2019, and will be reopened after a major renovation in December 2024 .
