Ready to swim in the Seine this summer? From Saturday July 5, for the first time in 100 years, swimming will once again be permitted in three specific spots . To mark the occasion, the Beaugrenelle shopping center is offering the general public an aquatic ballet performed by a company of professional swimmers, Splash, in the Paris river.
Head for the Bras de Grenelle for this synchronized swimming show on Saturday, July 12, 2025, starting at 10 a.m., where six professional swimmers will put on a visual show that will appeal to fans of beautiful movements as much as of this little-known sport. Free of charge and open to all, the show will be followed by a synchronized swimming initiation in the same setting, with giveaways from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
If you'd like to take advantage of other entertainment, return to the shopping center in the 15th arrondissement, from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm, for a half-hour musical performance hosted by the group Red Pop Chili Bossa, featuring acoustic covers of international variety from the 80's, 90's and 2000's in Pop, Groove and Bossa versions. A little aquatic interlude that Beaugrenelle has sought to reproduce on the first floor, with a bathing atmosphere of yesteryear, surrounded by retro seaside furniture.
