Spring Drawing Festival 2026 at the Villa Savoye: a family-friendly introduction to drawing during the holidays

In the Yvelines, architecture enthusiasts can visit a villa designed by the renowned architect Le Corbusier. Recognized as a Historic Monument, the Villa Savoye offers a rare opportunity to walk through Le Corbusier's masterpiece, allowing visitors to experience his innovative vision and artistic sensibilities firsthand.

Throughout the year, Villa Savoye hosts a variety of events, from exhibitions and themed tours to performances, Nuit Blanche, and Monument Jeu d'Enfant. In spring, the villa takes part in a new artistic event welcoming the general public.

From March to June, the Printemps du Dessin takes over museums, historic monuments, art galleries, and libraries across France. Hundreds of events invite art enthusiasts to explore the world of contemporary drawing, meet artists, attend exhibitions and performances, or even learn how to draw.

Spring break bursts with color as participants dive into architectural drawing. A visit to this UNESCO World Heritage site, Le Corbusier's masterpiece of modern architecture, will serve as inspiration to explore perspectives, details, or striking geometric forms. Participants will use pencils and brushes to capture their personal interpretation of the villa, drawing inspiration from Le Corbusier’s distinctive color palette.
Illustrator Roxanne Perroux – Oh! Mon Dessin will be on hand to guide this creative challenge, sharing her techniques and tips along the way.
