Cofee: the street artist presents "Anima", a free, solo exhibition in Paris – our photos

If you're a street-art aficionado, you've probably heard of Cofee. The self-taught artist from Clermont-Ferrand, Cofee took his name from the coffee he used to paint with in his early works. Today widely recognized for a distinctive style tied to the calligraffiti, Cofee revisits this technique to render portraits—and also animals. Animals, in fact, are the theme of his new solo exhibition, a must-see this autumn in Paris.

Entitled "Anima", this installation is to be discovered for four days only in a gallery of about 80 m², located in the 4th arrondissement of the capital. More precisely, from Thursday 8 to Sunday 11 October 2026 at No. 21 rue de Turenne to admire the twenty original works by Cofee on various supports, such as canvases of course, but also a metal disc, a 20-franc note and a 50-franc note, a rusted plate, wood, a longboard, or even a jerrycan... objects found at home in Auvergne that he prepared beforehand before he could work on them.

Here, visitors discover a selection of portraits of women, along with a host of animals (gorilla, polar bear, owl, eagle, lion, and more) that nod to the exhibition’s theme, Anima. Each work on display spotlights Cofee’s distinctive touch, blending the traditional art of calligraphy with the free spirit of graffiti.

For the occasion, street artist Cofee has teamed up with Urban Signature. The “ première société française de street art sur-mesure ” is already behind a host of events across the capital. Soon, Urban Signature will collaborate with the new edition of "Boards to be Solidaire" which will unveil more than 100 customized longboards by street artists in support of Secours Populaire.

But just before, Urban Signature presents the new free solo exhibition by Cofee in Paris. If you’re passing through the 4th arrondissement and urban art is your thing, don’t miss a stop from October 8 to 11, 2026. Note that the installation is open on Friday and Saturday from 11:00 to 19:30, and Sunday from 11:00 to 18:00. On Thursday, the opening takes place from 18:00 to 22:00. For Cofee’s fans, the artist will sign editions and books on Saturday, October 10, starting at 14:00. On-site you’ll also find silkscreen prints, plus hoodies. And if one of his original works captures your heart, you can buy it—prices range from €100 to €2,200 per piece.
