It’s back—the famous Nights of the Forests. From June 5 to 21, 2026, we’re headed to experience something truly unique in the Hauts-de-Seine (92). Aimed at raising awareness of the forests’ importance, these Nights invite you to (re)discover and reconnect with nature through a range of activities: performances, art exhibitions, and other unconventional, immersive experiences, both day and night.
This edition promises to be a singular celebration of nature and culture, offering residents and visitors in Hauts-de-Seine a rare opportunity to rediscover their natural heritage and deepen their connection with the forest. In Île-de-France, the forest, covering 23% of the area, plays a crucial environmental role by housing 68% of the region’s biodiversity reservoirs.
However, it is increasingly vulnerable to climate change. So we go green for these Nuits des Forêts to experience a mindful, respectful reconnection with our precious nature—just be sure to register in advance!
Take a stroll across the estate with a guide who will teach you the bird vocabulary and help you identify them. Green woodpecker, great tit, and Eurasian jay will soon reveal their secrets to you! Bring your binoculars to spot them more clearly. You’ll also have the chance to craft and decorate your very own bird to take home.
