Noisiel Carnival: Storybook-themed parade, children's dance, and treats in Seine-et-Marne

Magic takes over the streets of Noisiel this Saturday, March 28, 2026, as the town hosts its carnival. Families are transported into a fairy-tale world where unicorns and dragons lead the lively, colorful parade.

This Saturday, March 28, 2026, grab your wands and put on your armor: the traditional Noisiel Carnival kicks off at 3 p.m. This year's edition, themed "Stories and Legends", will feature unicorns and knights parading in a lively, family-friendly celebration. Energized by Brazilian percussion, balloon artists, and stilt walkers, the parade promises a vibrant spectacle. At the parade's end, children can enjoy a free snack provided by the town, followed by a children's dance to keep the festivities going.

However, a word of caution about the starting point: due to ongoing work by Paris – Vallée de la Marne, the parade will unusually kick off from Allée des Bois (after the D199 footbridge) instead of its usual location. The route will take participants through Square Georges-Politzer, Place de l’Horloge, and Cours des Roches before culminating on the François-Mitterrand Esplanade, with the decorated float led by the leisure centers.

Remember, late March weather can be unpredictable: pack costumes that can handle a light sweater underneath or bring a rain cape, because wet dragons quickly lose their magic! So, this weekend, are you more fairy, elf, unicorn, knight, or princess?
