Nina Métayer, voted best pastry chef in 2016 by Le Chef magazine and by Gault et Millau in 2017, who delighted us for a while at Café Poushkine, signs up this fall for her first Parisian address.
Have you missed his pastries and want to (re)discover them without having to order? This will be possible from August 31, 2021. Indeed, Délicatisserie, its famous 100% digital patisserie, is exporting its bags (or rather its artisanal pastries) to a corner on the 8th floor of Printemps du Goût.
A high-flying patisserie to discover in the Paris skyline, to take away or to enjoy in the patisserie's tea room or on the terrace, here's something for everyone.
On the menu of discoveries, fine creations such as the Tarte Chocolat with creamy chocolate and crispy feuillantine, the Flan Pâtissier we all love, the Tiramisu, the Tarte aux pommes or the Tartes aux figues, but also the chocolate mendiants, the tablette croquante, the brownies, the cookies or the Bonbons Gianduja that smell of dark chocolate and the homemade praline with Piedmont hazelnuts and cocoa nibs.
Head for Printemps du Goût at Printemps Homme, 64 boulevard Haussmann in the 9th arrondissement. The corner is open to you every day from 10am to 8pm.
Please note that it's been over 4 years since our last visit, so the place and experience may have changed.
