Notice to all sweet tooths! Yann Brys, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, has opened his new Tourbillon pastry shop in Paris, after the one already established in Saulx-les-Chartreux, in Essonne. This time, he's heading for the Île-Saint-Louis, in the 4th arrondissement, to open the doors of this ultra-gourmet spot!

In search of a new gourmet tip in Paris? Go to Tourbillon, the new pastry shop by Yann Brys. This second address in the Paris region, after the one already established in Saulx-les-Chartreux (91), is in fact the very first store opened by the famous pastry chef in Paris. And it is on the charming Île-Saint-Louis that Yann Brys decided to set up this pastry shop.

Inaugurated in April 2022, Tourbillon will showcase the sweet creations of Yann Brys, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. In the window, we salivate in front of the"Lemon Pop", based on a Russian cookie and soft almonds, a lemon cream, a coulis of mango, ginger, tangerine and a creamy lemon.

For cocoa lovers, succumb to the"Carré Tonka". Truly explosive in the mouth thanks to a hazelnut and pecan crunch, a soft hazelnut cookie, a chocolate, caramel and tonka bean cream, and a milk chocolate mousse. Let yourself be tempted by the"Fruits of the Sun Verbena Swirl", made with a cereal and almond crisp, an almond cookie, a grapefruit, raspberry and verbena infusion compote and a lemon cream.

In total, no less than 6 pastries are offered in the window, with two or three additional creations to be discovered at the end of the week, including the indestructible"Chou Paris-Brest" or the"Finger Pistache Raspberry". Please note that some creations are ephemeral and will disappear, such as the"Fresh Pear and Blackcurrant" (citrus shortbread, soft almonds, melting vanilla pear cream, blackcurrant compote, poached pear cubes), leaving room for seasonal recipes, particularly strawberry-based, such as the"Sur un Air de Fraisier" cake.

Made in the Saulx-les-Chartreux store and delivered every morning, these ultra-colored pastries are as appealing to the eye as they are tasty in the mouth, as sweet tooths can tell!
