Calling all sweet tooths! Yann Brys, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, has opened his new Tourbillon patisserie in Paris, following on from the one already established in Saulx-les-Chartreux, Essonne. This time, we're heading for Île-Saint-Louis, in the 4th arrondissement, to push open the doors of this ultra-gourmet spot!

Looking for a new gourmet hotspot in Paris? Visit Tourbillon, Yann Brys' new patisserie. This second address in the Île-de-France region, after the one already established in Saulx-les-Chartreux (91), is in fact the very first boutique inaugurated by the famous pastry chef in Paris intra-muros. And it's on the charming Île-Saint-Louis that Yann Brys has decided to set up this patisserie.

Opening in April 2022, Tourbillon will showcase the sweet creations of Yann Brys, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. In the window, you'll salivate over the"Lemon Pop", made with a soft Russian almond cookie, a lemon cream, a mango, ginger and mandarin coulis and a lemon cream.

For cocoa lovers, succumb to"Carré Tonka". It's truly explosive in the mouth, thanks to a hazelnut and pecan crunch, a soft hazelnut cookie, a chocolate, caramel and tonka bean cream, and a milk chocolate mousse. Or let yourself be tempted by"Tourbillon Fruits du soleil Verveine", featuring a cereal and almond crunch, an almond cookie, a grapefruit, raspberry and verbena infusion compote and a lemon cream.

In all, no fewer than 6 pastries are on display, with two or three additional creations to be discovered at the end of the week, including the indestructible"Chou Paris-Brest" and the"Finger Pistache Framboise". Please note, however, that some of these creations are short-lived and will be discontinued, such as the"Fraîcheur Poire Cassis" (citrus shortbread, soft almonds, melting vanilla pear cream, blackcurrant compote, poached pear cubes), making way for seasonal recipes, notably strawberry-based ones, such as the"Sur un Air de Fraisier" cake.

Made in the Saulx-les-Chartreux boutique and delivered every morning, these ultra-colorful pastries are as tempting to the eye as they are tasty in the mouth - sweet talk!

In addition to pastries, Tourbillon's Parisian boutique also sells the famous travel cakes (lemon, chocolate...), as well as gummy bears, chocolates and Yann Brys ice creams and sorbets!

To top it all off, by the end of May Tourbillon will unveil a tea room area, where you can relax and unwind in this charming Parisian patisserie.
