Every weekend, food lovers have a well-oiled ritual that you simply shouldn’t break for anything: sitting down to savor a delicious brunch. As the sunny days return, we invite you to discover Fitzgerald’s sun-soaked and ultra-generous brunch.
For Mother’s Day, Sunday May 31, 2026, Fitzgerald is offering a kid-friendly brunch in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. The brunch package, priced at €48 per person, includes pastries, toast, a main course of your choice, a dessert, and unlimited juice plus hot drinks.
On the menu for this special day: spinach and mushroom eggs benedict, eggs royale with smoked salmon or grandmother-style roasted chicken, followed by chocolate-hazelnut crepes or strawberry-filled pain perdu. A Champagne Brunch with Billecart-Salmon at €95 is also available, along with a kids’ menu at €25 and supervised activities for the youngest guests.

Located on the Left Bank, in the very chic 7th arrondissement, Fitzgerald is the standout gourmand address from Fitz Group, which also owns Vesper, not far away, and Abstinence in the 15th.
Fitzgerald offers a generous brunch package, as enticing as it is indulgent. While light appetites can opt for the à-la-carte options, the more ravenous can’t resist the brunch set, featuring a hot drink, a glass of fresh or detox juice, slices of bread with jam, honey and butter, croissants, followed by a savory dish and a dessert to satisfy sweet cravings.
On the hot drinks side, we opt for the indispensable cappuccino; a classic of its kind, here sipped from a cocktail glass, crowned with a luscious dollop of whipped cream and a few coffee beans. For cold beverages, the yellow detox juice (pineapple and ginger) catches the eye, but we ultimately go with the ultra-refreshing iced tea (roiboos infusion and jasmine green tea) and the superb, herbal green detox juice, blended from Granny Smith apple, lime and parsley.

After savoring the still-warm croissants and the bread from Thierry Breton, we move on to the savory course. The brunch menu offers four choices, including the famous croque-madame with Comté, but also a flatbread topped with miso aubergine caviar, halloumi with maple syrup, and pomegranate. Yet our palates are ultimately drawn to and won over by the eggs cocotte served in a small ramekin with green asparagus and Colonnata lard, followed by the generous salmon tataki tartine with avocado and sesame.
Even if our stomachs are already full, we can’t resist the call of desserts, with on one side the indulgent and comforting brioche perdue au caramel beurre salé with vanilla ice cream, and on the other the pancake version citron meringué. A definite favorite among this sweet offering, both original and delicious!
Generous and satisfying, Fitzgerald's brunch menu will delight food lovers who can never decide between savory or sweet, hot or cold. Borrowing the chic bistro vibe with a controlled touch of exotism, this brunch also takes pride in using seasonal and local produce. And for the youngest diners, Fitzgerald offers on the menu the “Brunch des Bambinos” at €25; a sure way to charm both kids and their parents!
Whether with family, with friends, or as a couple, the Fitzgerald will delight many foodies who love a generous and sunny brunch!
