Get out your diary for this Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 9am to 5pm at the 16th arrondissement Paris boutique, located at 42 Rue de l'Annonciation, 75016 Paris, and Sunday, March 16, 2025 from 9am to 1pm at the Boulogne-Billancourt boutique, located at 1 Boulevard Jean Jaurès, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt.

But what's so special about this Millefeuille? Apart from the fact that it's made to order and therefore unbeatable freshness, it's a "French-style " recipe devised by Philippe Conticini, with an inverted puff pastry and a diplomatic cream with Madagascan Bourbon vanilla. And the pleasant surprise is that it can be customized. You can choose an insert from the following flavors:

• Caramel
• Praliné
• Exotic caramel

Then add the finishing touch with the topping of your choice:

• Caramelized almonds and hazelnuts
• Slivers of salted butter caramel
