From September 12 to October 12, 2023, at lunch and dinner, the food content creator will take up residence at Café de Luce for what looks set to be a mouth-watering residency.
For the next 4 weeks, we'll be heading to Montmartre to discover this immersive tropical jungle setting, where you'll find Filipino-inspired recipes and cocktails. Prior to the opening of this pop-up, Whoogy's travelled to the Philippines to draw inspiration from Sugarlandia's sugar cane fields, local markets and Manila's street-food scene to create a rich and creative menu.
Among the menu's casual and original dishes are sea bass kinilaw with calamansi zest and Babaroko, a revisit of baba au rhum. Your taste buds may well be in for a one-way trip to the Philippines! And when it comes to drinks, it's the same story, with cocktails to be enjoyed at the bar or on the restaurant's Montmartre terrace!
