For the past 21 years, the Institut Curie has been organizing a nationwide campaign to mobilize and appeal for generosity, called Une Jonquille contre le Cancer (A Daffodil Against Cancer). It's an opportunity to unite as many French people as possible around a great cause: supporting and accelerating the research and medical innovations carried out at the Institut Curie, in order to develop tomorrow's therapies and cure even more patients.
As part ofUne Jonquille contre le Cancer 2025, which takes place across France from March 11 to 23, pastry chef Jessica Préalpato has created a unique and exclusive pastry, in collaboration with actress and comedian Claudia Tagbo, who had the choice of tastes and flavors.
The result is a chou made from wholemeal flour and sunflower seed powder, filled with vanilla cream and an almond and puxuri insert, an aromatic Amazonian seed with sweet and spicy notes. To taste it, head to the Fou de Pâtisserie boutique on rue Montorgueil, on Saturday March 22 only.
Priced at 5€ each and 12€ for a trio, 100% of the profits from Jessica Préalpato's choux pastries will be donated to the Institut Curie. An opportunity to support cancer research while enjoying a delicious treat!
