Attention cool! From June 26 to July 13, 2025, chef Zelikha Dinga will melt the Marais by setting up her ephemeral gelateria in the courtyard of the Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature. Between the century-old stones of the Hôtel de Mongelas, make way for a free-access, ultra-stylish ice cream interlude.
After delighting Dover Street Market and the MEP, the founder of the Caro Diario culinary studio has set up her frosted cart in the 3rd arrondissement. What's on offer? Four handcrafted ice creams -Sicilian pistachio, Piedmont hazelnut, farmhouse fior di latte and intense dark chocolate - on a frosted menu that's not set in stone, as ephemeral creations will spice up the weekend, inspired by the childhood memories of guest creators.
Trained in Turin, the gelato capital, Zelikha machines her ice creams twice a week to guarantee unique texture and impeccable freshness. All served by the palette, in the purest Transalpine tradition. Bonus: theaffogato, a shot of hot espresso on a scoop of ice cream, for true ice cream aficionados. Next door, cafés, cool drinks and shady tables complete the picture of a summer as arty as it is refreshing!
An ideal spot for a refreshing break between two works, before or after discovering the current exhibition, S'éclairer sans fin, by Edi Dubien. This summer, the hunt is on... for icy pleasure!
