Whether enjoyed beneath the grand glass roof of the winter lounge or curled up by the fireplace, it’s a feast designed for cheese lovers: various varieties to choose from — wild garlic, morbier, or the classic — served alongside warm potatoes, a crisp salad, gherkins, and a generous plate of artisanal charcuterie to share.
