To celebrate the return to school in style, the Carreau du Temple is once again transformed into a Food Temple for a weekend. From September 18 to 21, 2025, the spotlight is on Brazil, with tastings, masterclasses, workshops and a mouth-watering foodcourt!

From September 18 to 21, 2025, food enthusiasts will gather at the Carreau du Temple for Food Temple, the festival that brings together all lovers of good food! Yes, after 8 successful editions, the Carreau du Temple is back again this fall!

Throughout the weekend, chefs will be leaving their restaurant kitchens to prepare tasty dishes, , as well as giving cooking classes and taking part in masterclasses. For this 9th edition, the festival a cultural and culinary voyage that's sure to be a hit with foodistos everywhere. The godmother of honor is one of our favorite Brazilian chefs: Alessandra Montagne(Epicerie Tempero, Nosso).

Once again this year, Food Temple will feature culinary workshops, masterclasses, a samba concert, a choreo-gastronomic show, a carnival parade... throughout the 3 days of culinary delights. For this sunny new edition, the Carreau du Temple has invited Brazilian chefs who have come especially for the occasion: Porto Alegre's Brazilian chef Marcelo Schambeck, Michelin-starred chef Roberta Sudbrack and Tia Surica's famous feijoada.

But Food Temple is also a foodcourt where you can discover and gobble up Brazilian specialities at the counters of the restaurants and canteens on site. An event rich in discoveries not to be missed!
