Moored just a stone's throw from the Gare d'Austerlitz station, the4-star hotel welcomes you day and night, whether you're looking for a restful night's sleep, a dinner by the pool with a cocktail, or an all-you-can-eat Sunday brunch.
Opened in 2016, OFF Paris Seine features 54 comfortable rooms with a modern look combined with elements that remind us that we're on a boat, spread out on either side of a hushed central corridor made of dark wood and light carpeting. Some of the rooms face the quay, while others offer unbeatable views of the Seine, the city's illuminations and the sunrise and sunset over the water. For an even more immersive experience, note that the -1 rooms are at water level!
For those wishing to impress their significant other or enjoy even greater comfort, the OFF also unveils 2 Horizon suites, located on the upper deck at the front of the boat, offering an even wider view of Paris and its river, as well as 2 suites designed by Maurizio Galante and Tal Lancman, the Silver suite with its touches of baby yellow, and the incredible monochrome Sunset suite, entirely orange, from the furniture to the ceiling, including the two basins and the bathtub.
But OFF Paris Seine is also a bar-restaurant on deck, open in summer and covered as soon as the mercury drops, offering a fine selection of creative cocktails, such as the two long drinks Passion Ginger Fizz (gin, passion fruit purée, ginger, yellow lemon; €13) and Giving Wings (vodka, triple sec, yellow lemon juice, lychee purée, watermelon red bull; €14).
The ambience is incomparable: here, you can nibble and toast... by the horizon-blue pool, topped by an indestructible swan-shaped buoy. The perfect place to spend some quality time with friends to the sound of DJ sets on Saturdays and live music on Fridays! Food-wise, the menu features a selection of tapas to share (€27 for a trio) - homemade hummus and pita bread, shrimp tempura, mozzarella sticks - as well as heartier dishes to keep to yourself (or not), like this enormous burrata (€23) with beet; or this finely sliced beef (€26) with chimichurri sauce.
After a restorative night's sleep on top-quality bedding, gently rocked by the discreet movement of the water - almost imperceptible, we reassure those prone to seasickness in advance - we head for a classic hotel breakfast - scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries and cheese - on the main deck. It's also here, facing the large bay windows overlooking the calm of the Seine on one side and the hustle and bustle of the city on the other, that an all-you-can-eat brunch (€39) is held every Sunday!
What's more, OFF Paris Seine is constantly renewing itself, with monthly wellness appointments organized by Yogascope, combining yoga, meditation and holistic experiences (€40 for 3 hours). And what better place to pamper yourself than in such a timeless bubble, far from the hustle and bustle of the capital. Quite simply, we wish we could have unmoored the boat and sped off to the horizon to continue this moment of comfort and invigoration.
