Set in the heart of the Parc Naturel de la Haute Vallée de Chevreuse, the rooms are decorated to reflect their surroundings, in three distinct universes: Château, Forêt and Jardins. Each room pays homage to the natural beauty that surrounds the establishment, with the Château de Dampierre opposite, the lush forest in the background and the gardens of the Yvelines all around.

Bought by Franky Mulliez, who has also owned Domaine de Dampierre since 2018, the inn has been relaunched by chef Élisabeth Passédat. The rooms, ranging in size from 15 to 30 m², are distinguished by their refined, floral decor, and their rates range from €175 to €224 per night. The Auberge du Château also offers family rooms, perfect for groups.

Passionate about gastronomy and hospitality, Élisabeth Passédat took over the inn as a family with her husband, sharing a common vision to make this establishment a place of exception. Together, they infuse the inn with a warm, friendly atmosphere, while emphasizing craftsmanship and culinary excellence.

The restaurant La Table du Château, run by Élisabeth Passédat, gives pride of place to local, seasonal produce. The chef works with the best regional producers, preserving the quality and natural cycle of ingredients. Mushrooms, fish and shellfish are among her major sources of inspiration. If you're looking for a timeless hotel with a fine dining experience and an attractive wine list, this is the place for you. We enjoyed our stay at the Auberge du Château, which offered us an immersive and relaxing experience, ideal for a getaway in the heart of nature, while remaining close to the cultural riches of the Île-de-France region.
