An urban resort designed by Marugal will complete the development starting in November 2026. With its four-star rating, the 230-room hotel and apartments will offer tourists and passersby breathtaking views of the Seine, with terraces attached to every room. Guests will be able to enjoy breakfast or dinner with a panoramic outlook, sip cocktails at a rooftop bar adorned with greenery, or relax with a warm beverage in a coffee shop. The interior spaces have been thoughtfully designed by the Maison Sarah Lavoine interior architecture studio, blending contemporary style with comfort.
