There are salad bars and pasta bars, but do you know the couscous bar? If you haven't yet, discover Graine, nestled in the 8th arrondissement, without further ado. On the menu? Couscous of course but also fricassee or shakshuka.

Tired of the classic sandwiches or salads at lunchtime? Opt for a more original cuisine that invites you to travel. For four years now, GRAINE has been delighting the taste buds of the inhabitants of the 8th district of the capital with tasty Mediterranean dishes.

Open for lunch from 12 to 3 pm and also in the evening for the one on Place Saint Augustin, Graine is based on a concept called " fast food ".

To be tasted on the spot, in a colorful decoration, or to be taken away, Graine proposes several flagship dishes on its menu, such as the inevitable couscous. Here, the customer has the choice: size of the dish (reduced or classic) but also thebasic ingredient (chicken, dumplings, merguez, beef or vegetarian) and three accompaniments among several vegetables (zucchini, carrot, pumpkin, turnip...) without forgetting the famous chickpeas and the spicy sauce. As for the semolina, opt for the wheat or wholemeal one!

Note that the dishes are homemade, made on the spot from fresh products delivered the same morning.

We won't make the suspense last any longer, our taste buds were seduced from the first mouthfuls both by the fine and tasty semolina but also by the fresh vegetables, the whole sublimated by the spicy sauce.

Succumb also to the delicious Shakshuka (famous dish from the Algerian and Tunisian cuisine), based on a little tomatoes, eggs, peppers, zucchini and other various vegetables.
