On November 24, 2025, Disneyland Paris officially announced the arrival of the Nordic Crowns Tavern, a new restaurant located in the heart of the Frozen area, part of Disney Adventure World. This Scandinavian-inspired venue will open on March 29, 2026, and will offer an immersive experience designed for visitors to Arendelle. Here's a sneak peek of what's in store!

The cuisine of Arendelle at your fingertips... Disneyland Paris provided an update on the Walt Disney Studios expansion during a press conference held on November 24, 2025, and among the announcements was an update on the Frozen restaurant in the area. We already had some information about this restaurant, as it will be a fast food restaurant with a queue and a capacity of 250 seats. There are even rumors that Scandinavian cuisine could be served there...

Its name? Nordic Crowns Tavern! A restaurant that exudes the fine cuisineof Arendelle, offering families an immersion in a typical restaurant of Elsa's kingdom, with its unique decor inspired by the traditional buildings seen in the two animated films (and their upcoming sequels). Designed as a tribute to local history and its royal family, the restaurant will also be decorated with paintings and objects evoking the world of Frozen.

A menu with a Scandinavian flavor

On the menu, the establishment is focusing on customizable dining inspired by Nordic flavors. Visitors will be able to compose their own plate from 16 possible combinations: a base of their choice (mashed potatoes or quinoa, for example), protein such as grilled salmon or Nordic meatballs, seasonal vegetables such as carrots or peas, and finally two sauces—a tangy cranberry version or a milder dill version.

The sweet offerings will be just as varied, with frozen desserts including blue sorbet, vanilla ice cream with customizable toppings, a snowflake-shaped dessert, and Nordic pastries. The restaurant also offers gluten-free and vegan options.

All we have to do now is wait for this area to open, which is expected in the spring. And once it's open, for a 100% Snow Queen weekend, head to the Disneyland Hotel to live like you're in Arendelle in the suite inspired by the cartoon. So, are you ready to travel to Arendelle, friends?
