Party in the heart of a beautiful Hôtel Particulier in one of the capital's most emblematic locations, that's what awaits us at Le Victoria Paris. This elegant, festive restaurant awaits us at the foot of theArc de Triomphe, which peers out through the huge windows. Here, we immerse ourselves in an anachronistic setting, echoing the Paris of the Belle Époque.

At lunchtime, you'll find yourself in a majestic setting, where some gather for a business lunch, others for a friendly get-together, with enough space to guarantee guests an intimate atmosphere. The staff provide friendly, attentive service, while offering sound advice to those who are undecided.
The menu here reveals a fairly classic but meticulously executed gastronomy, with proposals that play on the sins mignon with recipes varied enough for everyone to find something to their liking, including a selection of pastas as well as raw plates and a few vegetarian options.
As for prices, while the dishes featuring exceptional products are expensive, most of the plates are between €22 and €40. A fairly high price range, but one that remains consistent with the address's location and upscale positioning.
The menu evolves with the seasons, and at the dawn of winter, we were able to savor the cep velouté, which stood out for its creamy, airy texture, inspired by that of a cappuccino. For those looking for something a little lighter, the artichoke salad with avocado and parmesan, and the green bean, button mushroom, parmesan and pistachio salad are both sure to whet the appetite with fresh, flavorful vegetables.
For the main course, our favorite was the chicken supreme with morel mushrooms and a creamy sauce, a dish with comforting forest accents that was hard to resist in this wintry weather. We'll also opt for the paccheri with sea bass and cherry tomatoes bursting with sunshine, with soft pasta soaked in sauce. A promise kept!
Finally, when it comes to dessert, sweet tooths will find a familiar name, as Victoria offers the flagship creations of Pierre Hermé, the famous French pastry chef, also renowned for his macaroons. These include the gourmet 2000 feuilles, a revisit of the mille-feuille with hazelnut praline, and the Ispahan with its lychee, rose and raspberry combo.
In the evening, the Victoria transforms itself into a festive restaurant. During these chic evenings, the place makes it a point of honor to respect the dress code, in which case access may be refused even if a reservation has been made. Evening wear required, elegance required: jeans and sneakers are a no-no! Once these conditions have been met, you can enjoy a DJ set with the Arc de Triomphe in the background.
