l'Atelier des artistes is just a stone's throw from the Place de la République, in a 500m² loft that's part restaurant, part bar, part smoking room. This atypical venue offers a range of experiences, from gastronomy and mixology to visual and digital art.

If you're looking for an original and trendy place to eat, the place to go is in the capital's 11th arrondissement. Called l'Atelier des artistes, this 500 m² space owes its origins to two night owls: Filipe Alves and Arthur Louvet.

Conceived as a true living space, l'Atelier des Artistes features several different areas. On the first floor, there's a restaurant offering dishes by Michelin-starred chef Yann Fontaine atlow prices, while the basement features four spaces: a cocktail bar, a Danish Room, a projection booth and a smoking room.

And to show you just how hybrid and original this bar is - which explains the origin of the name - just take a look at the decor, which gives free rein to artistic expression.

Then head for the Atelier des Artistes!
