Are you looking for an organic restaurant or tea room in Paris that offers certified gluten-free and lactose-free dishes? Or are you simply looking for a healthy spot with homemade dishes? Then you'll find what you're looking for with My Free Kitchen. From breakfast to dinner and even delivery, My Free Kitchen has something to delight you all day long.

Not easy to eat in a restaurant when you are celiac, gluten intolerant or lactose intolerant. Carole, the owner, herself intolerant, has imagined a nice place with her brother, to offer you the possibility to taste "classic" and delicious dishes.

At My Free Kitchen, the dishes are not only intended for intolerant people but for all those who wish to eat healthy, good and home-made food. Every day, brother and sister imagine a new menu, around 7 dishes: a cake at 7€, a quiche at 7€, a soup at 5€, a salad at 7€, a dish of the day at 9€, FREEandises at 3€ (muffins, brownies, cookies) and a dessert, a real one, at 6€!

To make these dishes, Carole has concocted a menu with more than 50 bases, for pasta, associations... and has chosen suppliers able to provide her with "no cross-contamination" certificates and technical sheets to ensure that there is no gluten or lactose in the dishes!

At lunchtime, a gourmet formula allows you to taste a dish of the day and a cake, a salad, a quiche or a soup for 12,90€. The day of our visit, beef and eggplant lasagna was on the menu. Delicious, one would almost be mistaken. We also tested a fresh salad with quinoa, red cabbage and radish, seasoned with a mango-based sauce. The portions are generous, and calm us down for the day.

You can also come in the afternoon, and enjoy a dessert or a free treat. Delicious, the fruit tart whose secret lies in the use of almond and soy cream. Accompanied by a very good Mexican or Ethiopian organic coffee, carefully selected by Philippe, or a Lov Organic tea, with a 9€ formula, you will be at the top. Have you already tried the almond milk cappuccino? Maybe it's time to find out.

For those in a hurry at lunchtime, or those who are far from Cadet, My Free Kitchen has joined forces with Tok Tok Tok and Take eat easy to provide deliveries, from 10am to 10pm.

And on Saturdays, everything is allowed with the Brunch at 24,5€, composed of a savory plate with a choice of toast, omelette or scrambled eggs, a seasonal salad, a fresh juice, a hot drink, and a gourmet dessert!
