From buttered toast to vitamin-packed granola and perfectly poached eggs, Paris offers a thousand different breakfast options. Whether you prefer classic or more modern fare, the real quest is to find the breakfast that makes you feel good as soon as you wake up. Here are some great places to try!

Whether you like black coffee with buttered toast, crispy pastries, or scrambled eggs on whole wheat bread, Paris offers a thousand ways to start the day right. All that remains is to find the breakfast that suits you best! Because in the City of Light, breakfast is no longer just a quickcoffee and croissant at the counter; it has become a real moment of indulgence, to be savored on a terrace or in a coffee shop.

Between comforting classics and new, more balanced options, finding the ideal breakfast depends above all on what you feel like in the morning. For some, the ideal breakfastis a traditional baguette from the bakery, farmhouse butter, homemade jam, and freshly squeezed orange juice. All accompanied by a strong coffee or old-fashioned hot chocolate. Simple, effective, and often affordable.

Others prefer a healthier, vitamin-packed optionbased on crunchy granola, fresh fruit, a smoothie, or plant-based yogurt. Parisian coffee shops compete creatively to offer complete plates that are both beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. Toasted sourdough bread, organic eggs, avocado, and fromage blanc enrich these morning plates.

And for those who want to start the day in style, some tea rooms, grand hotels, and restaurants offer complete menus, where every element is carefully crafted, from perfectly buttered pastries to a selection of specialty breads, rare honeys, soft-boiled eggs, detox juices, and high-quality hot drinks.
