Since March 2015, this young 30-year-old chef, originally from Potenza, has traveled from Rome to Naples, passing through Barcelona, Manhattan and Vancouver... To finally land in Paris in 2011 where he is considered one of the best pizza chefs. At Di Como, he wants you to taste a simple but refined, generous cuisine inspired by his grandmother's dishes. To do so, he carefully selects his products, 100% Italian.

On the menu, typical Italian dishes concocted from the best products of the boot. To begin with, don't miss the famous burrata with truffles or bottarga or the assortment of antipasti. Then, a large choice of pasta with linguine with bottarga, risotto with scampi, pappardelle with speck and porcini mushrooms and spaghetti with garlic and olive oil, chili and parsley. But also veal cutlets with porcini mushrooms, lemon or white wine. Not to mention the pizzas that it would be a shame not to try given the chef's reputation! If you still have room for dessert, let yourself be tempted bya cheese tasting plate, tiramisu, or homemade profiteroles.
