The Michelin Guide 2025 has just unveiled its new selection of Bib Gourmand restaurants, featuring 77 new addresses in France. Among them, 8 restaurants in Paris and the Ile-de-France conquered the inspectors with their excellent value for money and authentic cuisine.
At a luncheon, the Michelin Guide unveiled this year's crop of new Bib Gourmand restaurants. In 2025, the guide now counts 399 addresses with this distinction. Never before has a year rewarded so many new talents: of the 77 newcomers, 50 addresses were opened during the year. Quality, mastery, harmony, personality and consistency are the guiding principles behind the choice of these restaurants, which offer good value for money. So, which Parisian restaurants won this year's awards? We take a look...

Committed tables in the Paris Region
Beyond Paris, the Île-de-France region continues to illustrate gastronomic diversity, with new addresses rewarded for their accessibility and quality. This year's selection features restaurateurs with inspiring backgrounds, some from unexpected professional horizons.
This vitality reflects an entrepreneurial dynamism that can be seen in both traditional cuisines and more daring concepts, such as tables featuring flavors from around the world.
