On Monday March 31, the Michelin Guide will unveil the new starred restaurants to be included in the2025 edition of the famous red guide. While rumors are rife and certain names are on everyone's lips, as they are every year, we've decided to play along too, and get in on the prediction action.
Whether they're already crowned with one or two stars, or whether they're newcomers just arriving on the Parisian gastronomic scene, discover the restaurants that have every chance of being starred in the coming weeks, but also those on which we're putting a small coin, knowing full well that there are steps that Michelin won't take (yet).
In any case, the tables below are fabulous and deserve to be rewarded for the richness of their cuisine and the inventiveness of their chef.fe! Predictions are in!
