With a total of ten Michelin stars across her restaurants, Anne-Sophie Pic holds the title of the most starred chef in the world. However, that hasn't stopped her from recently closing her restaurant in Singapore, her establishment in Megève, her two-star restaurant in London, and most recently, her one-star restaurant La Dame de Pic, located in the First arrondissement of Paris — which is set to shut its doors very soon.
Nevertheless, Chef Pic continues to set her sights on the French capital, especially the 1st arrondissement. By mid-2026, likely in the fall, the award-winning chef plans to open her new restaurant in the Fondation Cartier for contemporary art. The foundation has been located since her move from Boulevard Raspail to Place du Palais-Royal, on the site of the former Louvre des Antiquaires.
Alongside this new restaurant, Anne-Sophie Pic will also beBehind the upcoming bar at the Fondation Cartier for Contemporary Art, where drinks will be specially crafted to complement the menu of the future restaurant. It promises to be the perfect spot to experience the chef’s innovative cocktails, created in collaboration with Paz Levinson, the group's renowned sommelier.
Mark your calendars for Fall 2026. Stay tuned for updates on this upcoming culinary destination!
