For the Holidays 2019, Michelin-starred chef Guy Martin has come up – for his restaurant Le Grand Véfour – with a yule log 2019 likely to delight even the most demanding palates.
Here, no praline or chocolate but unique, fresh and delicate flavors. There’s a reason why this yule log 2019 is called Bûche Tonic!
Sour and explosive, light and delicate, this yule log gives pride of place to one ingredient: lemon! Its different textures are made of dried lime, juniper berry and vanilla-lemon cake.
As for the design, the yule log is made of cubes of different sizes. A futuristic plating, we particularly like!
