For this Valentine’s Day 2021, Nicolas Cloiseau from La Maison du Chocolat makes our heads spin and fulfill our taste buds with his delicious chocolate creations.

This year, Nicolas Cloiseau came up with a new chocolate collection for  La Maison Du Chocolat to celebrate Valentine's Day 2021. He chose to draw inspiration from blue hour, the period between day and night, when the sky is almost darker than the daylight's blue sky. All it takes to make many foodies' hearts melt!

All in all, 4 delicious chocolates are available for this Valentine’s Day, to be discovered in a very beautiful box.

  • Ombre Boisée: 60% pure Colombian dark chocolate ganache
  • Eclat Fruité: Mecker raspberry dark ganache infused with Nepalese pepper
  • Noisette Solaire: Milk chocolate heart, marzipan, chopped and roasted hazelnuts, acacia honey
  • Riz Lumineux: almond/hazelnut praline with toasted Koshihikari Japanese brown rice slivers, coated in milk chocolate

A box is available in 3 sizes: €9 the box of 4 chocolates, €17 the box of 8 chocolates, €30 the box of 16 chocolates.

La Maison du Chocolat also offers its "Coeur Empreinte" box for Valentine's Day 2021: four tasty bites in one including a milk chocolate and caramelized pecan corner, a milk chocolate and caramelized toasted hazelnut one, a corner made of hazelnut praline with milk chocolate and caramelized cookie chunks and a smooth and crunchy strawberry jam bite.
