For Easter 2021, Sébastien Gaudard takes us back to our childhood with a chocolate interpretation of the greatest classics such as lambs, eggs, fishes without forgetting the famous bells!
Based on almond sponge cake, Madagascan vanilla cream, sour raspberry and caramelized almonds. The end of the bell and the small clock tower are made of candy cane.
