For Easter, there are chocolate eggs, bells and bunnies. But when it comes to Yann Brys, he came up with a charming and delicious chocolate chicken for Hotel Nolinski.

Revisited on the occasion, the Easter chicken by Yann Brys reveals wings filled with smooth praline as well as feathers flavored with strawberry.

Moving on to the composition, Yann Brys bet on 63% dark chocolate from Peru.

The mouthwatering Nolinski's chicken is available at the Brasserie Réjane of the Hôtel Nolinksi, as well as at the Brach from April 8 to 22, 2019 for €47 (limited edition).
