New spring menu at La Réserve Paris Hôtel & Spa

Spring is here and La Réserve Paris – Hôtel & Spa celebrates it with a champagne brunch, a 100% plant-based menu at Le Gabriel and detox breakfast at La Pagode de Cos.

Many novelties can be expected at La Réserve Paris – Hôtel & Spa! Spring has sprung and the hotel aims at putting it to the heart of its plates. It will be all about wellbeing and detox!

La Réserve launches first and foremost the “Un week-end à la Réserve” events on Saturdays and Sundays. Meet at La Pagode de Cos to discover and enjoy the new brunch with champagne, a unique menu served at your table! On the menu, viennoiseries, fruit salads, meat, fish, cheese and of course pastries!

Or if you’d rather, you can choose the champagne afternoon snack, it’s possible and as mouthwatering: savory sandwiches, scones, pastries and sweet treats are on the menu. Moreover, the atmosphere is enlivened by live musicians.

Then, let’s run to La Réserve two-star restaurant Le Gabriel to enjoy the “tout en vert” menu thought up by chef Jérôme Banctel. A gourmet menu entirely based on plants and changing every day but made with French and seasonal produces. For instance, artichokes, sunchokes, celeriac and endive are the stars of the moment.

Last – but not least – option at La Réserve Paris, to have something to eat: the healthy and gourmet breakfast served at La Pagode de Cos. A gluten-free, lactose-free and even vegan breakfast.
