Contraste: that's the name of Stéphane Manigold's new restaurant. With young chefs Kevin de Porre and Erwan Ledru in the kitchen, this new table is due to open its doors on September 9, 2019 in Paris's very chic 8th arrondissement.

Less than a year after the inauguration of Substance in the 16th arrondissement, Stéphane Manigold is at it again, with the opening of a long-awaited new restaurant in the capital.

Opening in Paris's 8th arrondissement on September 9, 2019, Contraste will welcome two young stars to the kitchen: chefs Kevin de Porre and Erwan Ledru.

Together, they will propose two " as yet unknown but soon to be renowned terroirs , to offer the best of culinary contrasts ". To this end, the two young chefs will unveil a regularly renewed menu that is sure to tantalize our taste buds.

These dishes will be accompanied by some very fine wines, with a menu featuring the very best old and unique vintages.

To top it all off, Contraste will boast a " décor designed to mirror the plates, with marble and leather reminiscent of the poetic gestures of talented young chefs ". Quite a program!

Just a little more patience before discovering this promising new gourmet restaurant in Paris. There's no doubt that Contraste will enjoy the same success as Substance.

See you on September 9, 2019 on rue d'Anjou to push open the doors of Contraste.
