Hotel Westminster restaurant, Le Céladon, expects you on December 31, 2019 to celebrate the New Year 2020.

Recently renovated and with a new chef, Ludovic Bonneville, restaurant Le Céladon hosts a Saint-Sylvester dinner on December 31, 2019. To celebrate the New Year 2020, the chef has come up with a very beautiful and gourmet menu.

Black sesame pancakes and smoked mackerels
Beef consommé and foie gras
Cod fritters with fresh truffle
Breton crawfish and bay scallop zabaglione
seasoned and truffled jus
Roasted scallops, mashed Vitelotte potatoes flavored with lavender-infused butter
Perle Noire caviar
Frozen interlude
Homemade apple sorbet, gold leaf and Calvados
Brioche crusted hind fillet, cranberry sauce, roasted and puff potatoes
Sweet delight
Lime yule log and white chocolate

This menu includes drinks, naming a bottle of wine for two, water and coffee.
