For Easter, Le Meurice has decided to treat you well by providing a very flavorful brunch prepared by Executive chef Jocelyn Herland and the irresistible Cédric Grolet for the sweet treats.
At the buffet of the Dali restaurant, let yourself go for viennoiseries, yogurts by Maison Bordier, salmon, ginger and vegetable maki, quinoa and vegetable salad, squid and calamari prepared like anti-pasti and even gnocchis à la Parisienne, green asparagus and matured Comté cheese…
At your table, you’ll be served lamb’s shoulder stuffed with tapenade, marjoram and spring vegetables or lobster stew with tarragon and snow peas to your liking; before ending with the delicious creations by pastry chef Cédric Grolet.
For Easter 2019, Cédric Grolet came up with a trompe-l’oeil Easter egg – his specialty – the Oeuf Croquant: an egg that looks like a hen’s egg still in its shell.
When cracking it open, you’ll discover a mouthwatering praline layer, covered in dark chocolate, also available as praline-pistachio, peanut or cocoa nibs. All you need to satisfy your taste buds from April 17 to 27, 2019!
