For a getaway at the foot of the slopes, head to Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet’s from November 26, 2018 to spring 2019. The famous Parisian hotel welcomes all winter long the Chalet des Neiges Courchevel.
Inspired by Hôtel Barrières Les Neiges Courchevel, the latest born of the Barrière facilities, this 20-sqm wooden chalet can house up to 8 people.
Inside, guests find all the warm atmosphere of a chalet with bargain-hunted furniture, wood fire, music as well as Christmas decors. Inside? Roasted chestnuts and mulled wine to warm up.
On the menu? Two set menus including of course the irresistible raclette selected by the Best Cheesemonger in France – Fromager Meilleur Ouvrier de France – Xavier Thuret including an assortment of charcuteries from Maison Garcia, a truffled salad and baby potatoes. Let’s not forget either the Chartreuse Baked Alaska by the pastry chef.
For the others, enjoy a truffle and crozet risotto followed by a veal loin with morels and yellow wine as well as a Grand Marnier soufflé.
Before enjoying one of the two menus, guests will satisfy their taste buds thanks to an appetizer and a cocktail based on Champagne Veuve Clicquot Rich. Allow €115 for the menu and per guest.
