For Epiphany 2020, Stohrer chef Jeffrey Cagnes chose to stick to the French tradition with an Epiphany Cake richly filled with almond.

For Epiphany 2020, Maison Stohrer chef Jeffrey Cagnes came up with a traditional French Epiphany Cake 2020 that sticks to the spirit of the oldest patisserie in Paris.

But careful though, traditional doesn’t mean tasteless or unimaginative, on the contrary! He wanted to pay tribute to the childhood memory he had of the traditional Epiphany cake with frangipane as much for the simple visual as its nice taste of almond.

This is how Maison Stohrer chef created a recipe packed with almonds, blanched and non-roasted almond paste added to the frangipane, and a splash of dark rum.

This Epiphany Cake is available as individual size (€5.50), or to share with 4 foodies (€26), 6 foodies (€35), 8 foodies (€46.50), 10 foodies (€57.50) or 12 foodies (€68.50).
