Bernachon's Christmas logs and chocolates for 2021

coChocolate lovers must be over the moon with Bernachon 's arrival in the capital. The company has been a family affair since 1953, when Maurice Bernachon set out to create exceptional chocolates by roasting the cocoa beans himself. Today, the 3rd generation of Bernachon is determined to respect the heritage left by Maurice and his son Jean-Jacques, but without avoiding the new demands of chocolate lovers!

With almost 70 years under their belts, Maurice Bernachon's grandchildren have decided to put the spotlight on the Président, the delicious chocolate cake with hazelnut praline ganache, candied white cherries, on an almond cookie, and topped with chocolate lace that has made the house famous. If you've ever tasted this creation, you'll know just how regressive it is.

While in Lyon, the Président log will be available in 4, 6 and 8-person formats, in Paris, you'll have to make do with the 4-person version, priced at 38 euros. Another privilege for Lyon residents? A second chocolate log, the "bûche mendiant", with a regressive Piedmont hazelnut mousse, a Piedmont cookie and a 62% bitter dark chocolate cream with hazelnut chips, on a pecan chip cookie. Melt-in-your-mouth, crunchy, everything we love!
